Description

The proposed method of measuring pressures in bulk materials, for example, sand, is based on laying objects into the bulk material and is that mastic balls are used as the items put into the bulk material. and determine the pressure in the sand.

In FIG. 1 illustrates the proposed method for measuring pressure in bulk materials; FIG. 2 - graduation of mastic balls; FIG. 3 - graduation curve.

From K | Someone possessing a thick consistency and a high viscosity substance, for example, resin or an artificial compound, selected according to the desired degree of consistency, balls of quite specific size and weight are made, then they are laid out in the right places and at the right depth ( 1) and the sand is being tested. As the pressure increases, more and more sand will penetrate into such a ball, and the composition will penetrate into the sand without rubbing its core; the greater the pressure, the stronger this process will occur, the tangible results of which result in an increase in the weight of such a lump of composition and sand.

3).Before oniaiTOM, the balls must be calibrated to determine the dependence of the increase in weight on pressure. For this purpose, small plates, 7–8 times the ball diameter, are poured in sand, a ball is placed in the center (Fig. 2) and subjected to a certain pressure, gradually 1,2,3, 4, 5 kg cm- and t , etc., and on the basis of several parallel experiments, a graph is drawn up of the above dependence (Fig. 3).

At the end of the experiment and the establishment of the weight of the individual balls - lumps, the corresponding pressure is determined according to the schedule.

The advantages of this method are the great simplicity, low cost and availability of its use in any soil laboratory.

The subject matter of the invention.

A method of measuring pressure in bulk materials, such as sand; by placing objects into it, which differ in application, for measuring pressure in sand, mastic balls, designed to absorb the test sand under pressure, for subsequent weighing of the ball that has been previously calibrated.
