Description
I).FIELD: machine tool industry. A metal-cutting machine, such as a lathe, is known, and the slides are moved along the bed guides. The sides (flanges) of the flat guide determine the accuracy of movement of the slide and, accordingly, the accuracy of the shape of the part in the longitudinal section. The use of this guide for roughing leads to wear of the latter up to 0.3 mm per year. Therefore, when machining cylindrical surfaces on lathes, shape errors are formed in a longitudinal section of the machined part. The error in the shape of the longitudinal section (conicity, forming directness, etc.), which is largely dependent on the accuracy of the machine guides, is usually not manageable by the operator. Therefore, the finishing of large shafts with high accuracy of shape is a difficult problem if one considers that during the operation of universal machines, especially during roughing, the guide beds of the latter wear out under the influence of dynamic impacts, cutting forces, and abrasive action of scale. The bed, for example, of a modern large lathe contains two or three parallelly spaced identical in form flat guides, of which the working one determines the direction of movement of the slide slide. The second guide generally serves to support the slide support and does not have lateral guide surfaces. The proposed machine differs from that known in that the frame is provided with at least one additional precision guide surface, which is included in the kinematic chain of the machine for the period of finishing. This improves the finishing accuracy. FIG. 1 shows a cross-section of the bed and the longitudinal slide connected to the working guide; in fig. 2 - the same connected to a precision guide. The slide 2, which are connected by means of the wedge 3 with the working guide 4, and c. using a wedge 5 - with a precision guide 6. During roughing, a working guide 4 is used, for which the wedge 3 is brought into contact between the flanges of the slide rail and the frame. In this case, the wedge 5 is removed from the contact with the precision guide 6, and the afterbirth serves only to support the tipping support (see the gaps A and D in Fig. I).
При этом между полками направл ющих суппорта и станины образуетс зазор Д и .Prg; The precision processing uses a precision guide 6, for which the wedge 5 is brought into contact between the shelves of the guide and the frame. Clip 3 in this case, B1,;: is judged from contact with the working guide, so that wear of the latter does not affect the accuracy of the shape of the workpiece. In this case, a gap D and is formed between the shelves of the guide supports and the bed.
The wear of the horizontal surface of the working guide is practically not reflected on the shape of the chapters, since the tool is displaced along the chord.
Попеременное включение обоих клпиьег, может быть осуществлено с помощью различных известных механизмов, например, гидроцплиидров (на чертежах не изображены).The alternate inclusion of both klipieg, can be carried out using various known mechanisms, for example, hydroclipuses (not shown in the drawings).
The use of the proposed machine for both roughing and finishing improves the accuracy of processing, reduces the amount of fitting work, reduces the complexity of processing by eliminating re-installation of parts for special precision beams, and increases the service life of the flock with the required accuracy.
