7.The invention relates to the field of electronic engineering and may be used to study the microdistribution and surface electrical potential and its kinetics in lolirovodniki and dielectrics. Electrometers are known that contain a capacitor, an AC amplifier, and a demodulator. However, such electrometers do not provide the required stable resolution, that is, a specified number of individual measured lines per unit length. This parameter is very important to study the microdistribution of electric potential. A change in the resolution of an electrometer occurs due to a change in the distance between the vibrating electrode and the measured surface as the sample moves relative to the electrode or vice versa. When illuminated, this distance can still be controlled, but when studies are conducted in the dark, monitoring the distance becomes very difficult and sometimes impossible due to the uneven thickness of the sample under study. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resolution capacity and the improvement of measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by introducing a nonlinear amplifier with a demodulator, a differential amplifier and an actuator interconnected into the proposed electrometer, the output of the actuator being connected to the conversion electrode via an electrometric repeater, the output of which is connected to the non-linear amplifier with a demodulator, and the output of the amplifier with a demodulator is connected to one of the inputs of the differential amplifier. The drawing shows the block diagram of the proposed electrometer. The sample under study / is placed under the transforming electrode 2 of the electrometer, which also contains an electrometric device 3, an amplifier 4 with a demodulator, a recording meter 5, a nonlinear amplifier 6 with a demodulator, a differential amplifier 7, an actuator 8. The electrometer operates as follows. Above the sample under study, electrode 2 converts the potential into a time-dependent component of the current, which is repeated by an electrometric clutch 3, amplified and demodulated by amplifier 4 and fed to an insulated bottom of sample 1, a recording device 5 and a differential amplifier 7.
