Description

Известен способ креплени  футеровки вращающейс  печи путем приклеивани  огнеупоров к ее корпусу, при котором клей предварительно нанос т на корпус печи и поверхность огнеупора, а затем создают непосредственный контакт склеиваемых поверхностей. Однако при известном способе не представл етс  возможным обеспечить достаточно плотного контакта склеиваемых поверхностей из-за имеющихс  на них неровностей. Процесс приклеивани  огнеупоров выполн етс  вручную и св зан со значительным расходом кле . Цель изобретени  - улучшить качество креплени . Это достигаетс  тем, что соединение огнеупора с металлическим корпусом печи производитс  через пропитанную клеющим составом сетчатую эластичную прокладку, например, марлю. Приклеивание огнеупора к корпусу вращающейс  печи не непосредственно, а через сетчатую прокладку, позвол ет, несмотр  на наличие неровностей соедин емых поверхностей , улучщить плотность и увеличить зону эффективного контакта, а следовательно, повысить усилие сцеплени  и улучщпть качество склеивани . Наличие сетчатой лрсжладки создает также услови  дл  механизации процесса нанесени  кле  на склеиваемые поверхности, уменьшени  трудоемкости процесса и снижени  потерь кле .
