Description

.A number of electrical and magnetic methods for detecting hidden defects in metal products are known in the art; a significant amount of these techniques is based on changes in the presence of a defect in a sample of magnetic resistance in the test material, which is followed by a change in the distribution of the stresses of the magnetic field in which the material under study is placed; the presence, location and magnitude of hidden material defects are detected using one or another type of indicator that captures local dispersion flows that are formed directly at the locations of the defects in the material. .

Предлагаемое изобретение имеет своей целью повысить точность отсчета показаний электромагнитного прибора при определении им пороков в материале, путем применени  пустотелой индукционной «катушки пр моугольной формы, создающей поле почти равномерного напр жени .The invention aims to improve the accuracy of reading the readings of an electromagnetic device when it detects flaws in a material by using an hollow induction "rectangular-shaped coil creating an almost uniform voltage field.

In FIG. 1 depicts the scheme of the proposed device; FIG. 2-schematic side view of the gauge indicator to the device; FIG. 3 and 4 is the same.

The device consists of three main parts: a hollow coil 1, designed to excite a magnetic field, a probe in the body of defects and an indicator 4. The input ends of the coil 1 are connected to an alternating current source. A rheostat 6 with a knife switch 8 and an ammeter 5 is included in the circuit of the regulator. The number of turns on each roller should be approximately between 400-800 depending on the sensitivity of the microammeter 4 indicators. The probe is assembled from sheets of transformer or dynamo steel. The contact surfaces of the probes must be at least 1 each and have a strictly horizontal surface. The free ends of the induction coils are connected to the low-frequency water terminals of the amplifier 3, consisting of 2 to 3 cascades and a rectifier. To output terminals of the amplifier

Microammeter 4 is summed up to 1 ° 0.16X10 approximately.
