Способ получения 7-алкил-6-(нитроимидазолил)тиопуринов общей формулы:где R- водород, галоген, диалкиламиногруппа;R- низший алкил;R- водород, низший алкил, окси-низший алкил, остаток глицерина;R- водород, низший алкил,или общей формулыгде R- водород, галоген, диалкиламиногруппа;R- низший алкил;R- водород;R- низший алкил,отличающийся тем, что, с целью упрощения процесса и расширения ассортимента получаемых продуктов, 6-галоген-7-алкилпурин или его двузамещенное производное подвергают взаимодействию с 1(или 2)-алкил(или 1,2-диалкил)-4(или 5)-нитро-5(или 4)-меркаптоимидазолом в среде растворителя в присутствии щелочного агента с последующим выделением целевого продукта известным способом.2.
