Изобретение относитс к области кон1трол1 температур, например, при термообработке, нагреве алюминиевых обечаек под раскатку и т. д. Известны составы дл термоиндикаторных карандашей, .содержащие индикатор температуры , иаполиитель и св зуюн1,ее - воск буроугольный , парафин и вазелин. Однако карандашами, приготовленным из этих составов, нельз регистрировать нижний предел те.млературного интервала 250- 320° С, соблюдение которого обеспечивает качественную раскатку обечаек из алю.мини и сплавов на основе . КрОме того, такими ка рандашамн нельз регистрировать верхний .предел температурного интервала 400-450° С, соблюдение которого обеспечивает качественную термообработку сварных конструкций из титановых сплавов, например из сплава ВТ-1-0. Дл ин.дикации температуры 250+10° С и 450±10°С в предлагаемый состав в качестве индикатора температуры введена смесь кобальта-аммони фосфорнокислого и кадми , углекислого в количестве (-вес. ч): Кобальт-аммоний фосфорнокислый ( NH4CoPO4H2O) 25-35 Кадмий углекислый (CdCOs) 15;-20 Изготовленные из такого состава термоиндикаторные карандаши Представл ют собой при комн атной температуре твердые стержни и оставл ют хорошо воспроизводимые следы на твердой поверхности любого материала, имеющего как новышениую температуру, так и комнатную. Термокарандаши, изготовленные на основе указанных веществ, механ ически .прочны, не крошатс при нанесении штриха и обеспечивают хорошие адгезионные свойства как с гор чей поверхностью, так и с ХОЛОДНОЙ. При достижении температуры 250° С след карандаша мев ет свой цвет с сиреневого на рко-синий, а при температуре 450°С переходит в красно-кирличный, хорошо видимый и на светлой, и на темной н;а:гретых поверхност х . Кобальт-ам.монИЙ фосфорнокислый и кадмий углекислый ввод т в описываемый состав как термочувствительные соединени ; парафин , воск и вазелин - в качестве св зующего вещества. Вазелин; улучшает адгезионные свойства, исключает высыхание н растрескивание карандашей при длительном хр анении. Расход сплавов незначителен .
