Description
The well-known aa ceramic material is based on thallium oxide and has a specific volume resistivity of about 102 ohm-cm. The purpose of the invention is to improve the chemical, thermal and electrical properties of the material. This is achieved by the fact that the proposed ceramic. The material additionally contains niobium pentoxide, tantalum pentoxide in the following ratio of components, mol. %: Thallium oxide 70-90 Niobium thioxide and tantalum thioxide. 10-30 Anhydrous or hydrated ThbOz, Nb205, TajOg are used as starting compounds. The method for producing ceramics. Containing T12Oz is as follows. The components, taken in the quantity required to obtain one or another grade in the indicated concentration range, are carefully transferred and burned in a free-lying state in crucibles at a temperature of 650 ° C for 12 hours: under a static oxygen pressure of 0.15 MN / m After slow cooling, which is also carried out at the indicated oxygen pressure, the samples are crushed and preformed without plasticizer. The briquettes are sintered for 4 hours at a temperature of 650 ° C. The specific volume resistance of the obtained samples increases with an increase in the concentration of oxides of the nivalent metal Nb, Ta, and lies within ohm-cm at room temperature.
