Предлагаемое приспособление (фиг. 1 и 2) состоит из зубчатого сектора 3, несущего нат жной рычажок 5, получающего колебательное движение от эксцентрика 7 при посредстве системы т г 4, 12, 15 и сцепленного с шестерней 13, на оси которой установлен нож с лезвием 14. Дл предотвращени поломок лезви , в случае опускани шпарутки , применена предохранительна планка 2, нижним своим концом расположенна под шпаруткой. Т га 4, 8 состоит из двух шарнирно соединенных отростков: верхнего -с игольчатым рычажком 6, а нижнего-с рычагом /5 в точке 77.
