Description

The invention relates to nuclear power engineering, in particular the support structures of the nuclear reactor vessel. Supporting structures are known that are made of supporting elements arranged radially and interconnected at their inner and outer ends by rigid connections. The support cavity is filled with water, which plays the role of biological protection. However, an increase in the annular gap between the housing and the support structure: due to the need to monitor the state of the housing metal during operation, makes the design cumbersome and complicated. The use of water as a biological protection also complicates the construction, since additional circuits and maintenance systems for water protection are required. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the support of the power reactor shell by replacing water biological protection with dry (concrete) and increasing the free space between the housing and biological protection of the zone. This is achieved by the fact that the biological protection of the core is implemented separately and not connected to the support of the body, and the supporting elements of the support are free from rigid connections along the internal (relative to the body) ends. This makes it possible to replace the water biological protection with a dry one without increasing the voltage in the bearing elements of the support and provides an opportunity to increase the annular gap between the body and the biological protection. As a result, it is possible to control the hull during operation by non-destructive control methods and increases the reliability of the entire power plant. Figure 1 shows the proposed support of the power reactor housing, longitudinal section; figure 2 is a section along BB in figure 1. The support of the power reactor housing is made of separate, radially supported fins 1, reinforced from above and below by horizontal plates 2 and 3. The ribs are cantilevered in building concrete 4. Rigid connections are made at the outer ends and at the place of incorporation into concrete. connections represent

При такой конструкЩ1И опоры консольно заделанные несущие ребра могут свободно расшир тьс .are separate vertical edges welded on both sides to the supporting edges 1. The space between the supporting edges is filled with ordinary or heat-resistant concrete. For cooling of the support, annular gaps a and b are filled, but with which the cooling air flows. With such a construction, the supports cantilevered supporting ribs can expand freely.
