Description

Изобретение относитс  к промышленности строительных материалов и в первую очередь к оборудованию дл  производства керамзита. Недостатком известных посадок  вл етс  невозможность получени  пустотелых гранул из материалов с низкой пластичностью. Целью предлагаемого изобретени   вл етс  создание конструкции, обеспечивающей получение гранул с замкнутой внутренней полостью при использовании малопластичного сырь , а также легковесных гранул крупных фракций диаметром более 20 мм. На фиг. 1 изображена насадка ленточного пресса; на фиг. 2 - вариант установки стержн ; на фиг. 3 - то же. Наладка ленточного пресса 1 с помои1ью мундштука 2 с сердечником-пустообразователем 3 обеспечивает формование из глинистого сырь  трубок 4, от которых отдел ютс  отрезки со сплющенными концами при помощи стержней 5, собираемых в виде рещеток 6, привод щихс  в возвратное поступательное движение приводами 7. Отверстие в стенке заготовки дл  сообщени  внутренней полости с атмосферой образуетс  с иомощью стержн  8 (фиг. 2 и 3), установка которого может осуществл тьс  двум  способами: или на одном из движущихс  стержней 5 (фиг. 2), или на пустообразователе по его оси (фиг. 3). При сближении и касании стержней от ленты заготовки происходит отделение отрезка трубки со сплющенными концами и, следовательно , с замкнутой внутренней полостью, причем во избежание перелома трубки прп сплющивании о кромку сердечника, стержни устанавливаютс  на рассто нии не менее диаметра трубки от сердечника. Ввиду того, что у трубки заготовки после отсечени  гранулы сплющиваетс  конец, то по мере выдавливани  ее, во внутренней полости образуетс  вакуум. Дл  того, чтобы трубка но была деформирована атмосфериым давлением, в стенке ее устраиваетс  отверстие диаметром ие более 3 мм.
