Предлагаемый режущий аппарат выполнен в виде двух вращающихс вставленных один в другой барабанов, снабженных соответственно режущими клинками , составл ющими режущую пару, из коих внутренний барабан соверша;ет возвратно-поступательное движениевдоль оси.
