Description

Изобретение относитс  к области разработки сплавов на основе меди, примен емых в судостроении дл  изготовлени  облицовок гребных валов. Известна бронза БрОЦ10-2, содержаща  олово и цинк. Предлагаема  бронза способствует повышению механических, антифрикционных и коррозионно-усталостных свойств сплава. Описываемый сплав отличаетс  от известного тем, что в него введены никель и фосфор при следующем содержании компонентов, %: Олово Цинк 3-5 Никель 0,10-0,15 Фосфор Медь основа Механические свойства сплава приведены в табл. 1. Таблица 1 оррозионно-усталостна  прочность сплава орской воде на базе 50-10 циклов равна гс/мм. нтифрикционные свойства сплава даны в л. 2 и 8.
