Description
This invention relates to the field of plastics.
A known method for the preparation of a polymer composition, for example, for high-impact vinyl plastic, is called "Hostlite Z, where the combination of a polycarbonate complex, PVC compounds, stabilizers, and filler with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is produced on rolls or blenders with a rubber-like chlorine-like polyethylene (CPE) produced on rolls or blenders with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) produced on rollers or blenders with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) produced on rollers or blenders with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) produced on rollers or blenders with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (HPE), which is produced on rollers or blenders with dry rubber-like chlorinated polyethylene (HPE) produced on rollers or blenders.
The disadvantage of this method is the unequal distribution of rubber-like HPE in powdered PVC. To organize the production of this method requires a large fleet of equipment, preliminary grinding of dry HPE, a long mixing time of the components, which entails the destruction of the material while reducing its physical and mechanical indicators.
ч.) и достигнуть однородности ударопрочного виНмпласта .The proposed method eliminates these disadvantages. The method consists in introducing chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) into the composition as a solution in carbon tetrachloride followed by removal of the solvent. This makes it possible to reduce the content of chlorinated polyethylene (by 5 parts by weight) and to achieve uniformity of impact resistant vinoplast.
The resulting composition can be processed into sheet-fronted vinyl plastic both by extrusion-calender and roller-calender method without prior application. The method for obtaining a polymer composition for impact resistant vinyl plastic is as follows.

0,5%.An apparatus with a rubashko, a two-roll horizontal type mixer with self-cleaning or Z-shaped blades, with a stirrer running, is first loaded with a solution of chlorinated polyethylene with a chlorine content of 38-45% in four-chlorine carbon (5-11% concentration), stabilized with epoxy resin ED-5 or ED-6 (7% by weight of dry HPE) in an amount of 15-20 wt. including dry HPE 105.5-107.5 weight. of the polyvinyl chloride composition and then the polyvinyl chloride composition, which is a mixture of polyvinyl chloride, a stabilizer and a filler, averaged in light-weight mixers or without prior averaging. After loading the mixture, the contents of annarate are mixed for 15–20 min, then at a temperature of 78–80 ° C and a residual pressure of 40–70 mm Hg. Art. the composition is dried. The carbon tetrachloride is distilled off in a chilled brine cooled cooler and collected in a collection, from where it is fed for distillation and returned to the process.
