Description
METHOD OF PROCESSING THE POST-HARROW BROWN
The invention relates to a method for producing multicomponent granular fertilizers from yeast hydrolytic production wastes.
50- 70%.A known method of processing postgradual brew by pre-evaporation to a dry matter content of 50-70%.
Это способствует получению многокомпонентного гранулированного удобрени .The proposed method differs from the known fact that one stripped off post-yeast brew is mixed with a filler, granulated and dried at 80-105 ° C to a moisture content of 5-15%. Superphosphate sludge is used as a filler, forming in the manufacture of a solution of nutrient salts required for growing yeast and yeast, and supplied in an amount of 40-90% by weight of the mash. This helps to obtain a multicomponent granular fertilizer.
Example. In the method according to the invention, the chewing mash is steamed in a multi-unit vacuum evaporation unit and rotary evaporators until the content of dry nuts is 70%. In the one stripped off post-yeast brew, pre-dewatered on filter presses of the type FPAKM and dried superphosphate sludge in an amount of 40% by weight of the brew are introduced as a filler. Superphosphate sludge is formed in the preparation of the nutrient salt solution necessary for the growing process of yeast. The obtained components are additionally mixed and granulated using a two-roll mixer-granulator of the type SNV-300. The granulated mixture is dried in a multi-band belt dryer to a moisture content of 5-15%. Dry granular fertilizer is packed in paper bags or other containers.
