Description
8.The invention relates to automatic control means and is intended for use in aggregates and systems in which gas notes can be deeply throttled (especially in cases where the ambient temperature varies widely). Mass flow meters with orifice diameters or throttles are known, in which, to introduce corrections for temperature and absolute gas pressure, gauges of the pressure difference created on them are supplemented by computing devices. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and new reliability of measuring the mass flow rate of gas. This is achieved by using chokes with bimetallic compensators that change the effective throttle flow area in proportion to the square root of absolute temperature, and the two pressure difference measurement channels are connected to the holes in the pipeline located before and after the first throttles. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed sensor; in fig. 2 and 3 - sensor chokes. so that the effective passage area of chokes 2 and 3 varies in proportion to the value of T, where T is the absolute temperature of the measured gas. Channels 5 and 7 are designed to measure the pressure difference on the secondary meter 8. The sensor operates as follows. When gas passes through chokes 2 and 3, a pressure difference p is created, proportionally (equal to the mass flow rate of gas G. Mass flow of gas through choke 2 is G CI po, where ro is the absolute gas before this choke, Cj is the proportional gain. Mass flow of gas through The throttle 3 is the same pressure that the absolute pressure of the gas PI is in front of this throttle.According to the principle of proportional reduction of the absolute pressures of gas with constant area ratio, the throttles 2 and 5 have p, where € is a constant coefficient. The pressure difference / C is transmitted to a standard differential pressure gauge 8.
Figure 2 shows chokes, having compensators in the form of internal bimetallic flaps 9 and 10, and in FIG. 3 - throttles with valves 11 and 12 on the rod 13, the length of which varies with temperature.
