Claviceps purpurea F. . 32/17.Example 1. The original culture grown on the bevel of a nutrient medium containing glucose 40 g, (NH-OaHPO ,, 5 g, K-NR04 1 g, MgS04-7H2O 2.5 g, KC1 0.5 g, Fe5O4-7I2O 10 mg, ZnS04-71 20 10 mg, agar-agar 18 g, distilled water up to 1000 cm, sown on the bevel of the same medium, incubated for 8 days at 28 ° C. The culture thus obtained is sown in flasks with a volume of 30 ml, each containing of which there were 50 c. of SC medium (glucose 80 g, peptone 16 g, tap water up to 1000 ml, pH 5.9. Flasks were kept for 4 days at 24 ° C in a rotating apparatus with continuous shaking Spine of rotation 220 vol / ln. From 10% cultures obtained in this way, seeded into 300 ml flasks with medium (sucrose 60 g, glycerin 60 cm, glucose 80 g, yeast extract 0.1 g citric acid 15 g, KC1 0.125 g, K2HPO4 0.5 g, MgS04-7H2O 0.5 g, FeS04-7H2O 7 mg, ZnSO4-7H2O 6 mg, distilled water (up to 1000 ml) .The flasks are kept for 13 days .The mixture of alkaloids in the culture was 2000Y ml, in which ergotamine 48% and ergo cryptype 52%. Example 2. The contents of 120 flasks with a titer of 2000-2500 Y cm were combined and the resulting 5 l of culture was filtered. The filtrate and mycelium are extracted separately. The filtrate at pH 9 is extracted twice with 3 l of chloroform (each time). Chloroform is pumped out at 20–30 ° C to 1/5 of the initial volume and extracted with a 2% aqueous solution of succinic acid. Mycelium is mixed with 50 / aq aqueous acetone containing 2b / o succinic acid, and filtered. The filtrate at pH 9 is extracted with chloroform. The extract and the filtrate are drained, evaporated to a small volume and precipitated with hexane. The resulting crude product is dissolved in 13 cm of glacial acetic acid and methanol is added to it in the amount of 0.1 cm. Next, add a 5% solution of sulfuric acid in methanol in an amount of 13 cm, and incubate the reaction mixture overnight at 3 ° C. The mother liquor is concentrated in a nitrogen atmosphere under reduced pressure to a small volume. The residue is diluted with water and extracted at pH 9.5 with chloroform. The extract is concentrated in vacuo at 30 ° C to a small volume and passed through a column with 400 g of silica gel in chloroform. Chloroform ergocryptin is eluted and evaporated to dryness. The residue was dissolved in benzene at a ratio of 1:20, and concentrated to 1/4 of the original volume. The reaction was left overnight at 5 ° C. This gives 4.8 g ergocryptin. With continued elution from silica gel with chloroform with 4% methanol, other fractions are obtained, the yield of which upon evaporation to dryness was 0.7 g. Subject of the invention a medium containing carbon, nitrogen and mineral salts at temperatures up to 30 ° C and an acidic medium, followed by isolation of the desired product, characterized in that Claviceps purpurea F. is used. 32/17.
