Description
The invention relates to the field of technology of cement mortars and concretes.
In concrete technology, mechanical action, such as vibratory, is widely used for activation. However, in this case, the ne is taken into account or in individual cases is determined empirically the time factor of the application of mechanical effects from the beginning of the gate, which adversely affects the strength of the products.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of products.
This is achieved by the fact that the mechanical action takes place after exposure, corresponding to its duration of the first stage of the process of structure formation, determined by the full curve of its kinetics.
Эти приборы дают возможность определ ть кинетику структурообразовани при формировании структуры цементного камн по изменению во времени количественных реологических характеристик, модулей быстрой и медленной эластической деформации на одном образце без его разрушени .After mixing the cement paste, the complete kinetics curve of its structure formation is determined, starting from the moment of mixing to the state of the cement stone at any age. Rheological instruments are used for this. These devices make it possible to determine the kinetics of structure formation during the formation of the structure of cement stone by changing over time the quantitative rheological characteristics, modules of fast and slow elastic deformation on one sample without destroying it.
It was also established that the greatest effect of mechanical effects is achieved when these effects are carried out at the end of the first stage, according to the first maximum on the structure formation curve (after about 40-60 minutes for mortars and concretes used for industrial products) .
The duration of the first stage in the process of the hardening of cements and solutions of mens depending on the mineralogical composition, water-cement ratio, additives of a number of other factors.
The smaller the water / cement ratio, the shorter the duration of the stages of structure formation.
With the introduction of surfactant substances (PRS) in an amount of 0.05-0.15% by weight of cement, the duration of the first stage is somewhat reduced. With the addition of PRS in an amount of 0.3%, the opposite effect is observed.
Regardless of the change in the duration of the first stage of structure formation under the influence of these or other factors, the most effective time of application of vibration effects corresponds to the end of the first stage of structure formation. structure and is not associated with tangible zustevaii certain regularity, therefore at this time it is most rational to apply mechanical effects in order to destroy defective structural connections with a small expenditure of energy and arrange the structure by vibrational or other effects, i.e., to create an ordered, an improved bud of the crystallization structure. The application of vibration at the end of the first stage of structure formation leads to a significant dilution of the mixture and an increase in workability to such an extent that in a number of cases it is even possible to slightly reduce the amount of water introduced. In order to use the proposed method in practice, it is necessary in the laboratory of the plant using IG-1 and IG-2 devices to obtain in advance the structure-forming curves of the solutions used in the production, to compile an appropriate table and accurately assign the optimum technological mode in order to maximize the strength of products not “by eye on the thickening of the solution, but a scientifically based method using precision instruments. All this makes it possible, without additional investment using existing equipment, to significantly improve the technology for the production of concrete products. The subject of the invention is a method of activating cement mortars and concretes by mechanical action on them, characterized in that, in order to increase strength, mechanical action is carried out after exposure, corresponding to the duration of the first stage of the process of structure formation, determined from the full curve of its kinetics.
