В патентной литературе известны станки дл накатывани тканей по отрезании ножом отмеренного количества ткани (герм, пат, №№ 66059, 51825). Предлагаемое изобретение дает новый вид приспособлени дл автоматической остановки станка по отмеривании нужного количества ткани. На фиг. 1 изображен поперечный разрез станка; на фиг. 2 и 3 - вал дл автоматического выключени , мотора; на, фиг. 4 - продольный -разрез станка. Мерильно-накатный станок (фиг. 1) состоит из рамы Я с. Двум вертик;альными упорами 25 и /5, снабженными подшипниками дл удержани плоской доски Е, котора служит дл намотки ткани. Ткань накалываетс на иголки /Р, .укрепленные на рычаге J8 при помощи шарниров 25 дл того, чтобы при сн тии ткани иглы можно было утопить нажатием на ручку /7. Дл пуска в ход станка служит приспособление , изображенное отдельно на фиг. 2. При нажатии кнопки к вертикальный стержень ее нажимает на плоскую горизонтальную пружину 1, на конце которой имеетс крючок д, зацеплейный до пуска станка за крючок d, и расцепл ет эти крючки (как чок d, и расцепл ет э изображено на фиг. 2). При этом освобождаетс стержень d, укрепленный на шарнире /, отт ги (22). ваетс пружиной и прижимает своим концом угольную щетку б к медному валу V, включа этим мотор, привод щий в движение вал 1 (фиг. 3). Подводка тока к барабану производитс при помощи щеток Л, второй провод отводитс от кнопок, соединенных вместе общим проводом. Вышеописанное приспособление замыкает и прерывает ток в моторе 3. Последний вращает вал V (фиг. 4) с помощью зубчатых колес , уменьшающих скорость мотора н вала 4. Далее движение передаетс от вала V к доске Е дл наматывани мануфактуры с помощью конических лередач 7.
