Предлагаемое приспособление (фиг. 1 и 2) состоит из станины 1 с двум укрепленными в средней ее части подшипниками 2, в подвижных вкладышах 3 которых укреплена ось 4, На означенной оси, состо ш.ей из двух половинок (пи длине), укреплен качательно нож 5 (фиг. 3), управл емый вилкой 22 от куачка 7.
