Description

The invention relates to artificial change in: two conditions and can be used in the system of the hydrometeorological service, in agriculture, in aviation and in other branches of the national economy, whose work is hampered by the development of powerful convective clouds or air pollution.

Однако этот способ в р де случаев может оказатьс  сравнительно дорогосто щим (при больщой высоте развити  облаков требуютс  ракеты с длинным активным участком либо специальные активно-реактивные снар ды) или небезопасным (самолет при полете в мощных грозовых облаках может разрущитьс ).The known method of actively influencing the atmosphere by means of descending vertical air flows excited by the flight of a jet plane or rocket through the cloud and above the ventilated area of the atmosphere along trajectories close to the vertical. However, this method in a number of cases can be relatively expensive (with a higher altitude of cloud development, rockets with a long active segment or special active-projectile projectiles are required) or unsafe (an aircraft can fly in powerful thunderstorm clouds).

In the proposed method for more mobile formation of downward flows, the latter are excited by a charge explosion with a cumulative notch directed downward, with the charge delivered to the upper part of the developing convective cloud or to the area above the ventilated atmosphere. Such an explosion creates a stream of air with a large initial velocity. Directed downstream due to the potential energy of the instability of the atmosphere turns into a powerful downward flow.

The descending flows cause the destruction of convective clouds due to adiabatic heating of the descending air and evaporation of cloudy elements, as well as short-term squally winds near the surface of the earth, which can clean the polluted zones of the atmosphere.

Дл  более эффективного использовани  потенциальиой энергии неустойчивости атмосферы зар д доставл етс  в верхние части развивающегос  конвективного облака или неустойчивого сло  над проветриваемой зоной .In order to more efficiently use the potential energy of the instability of the atmosphere, the charge is delivered to the upper parts of the developing convective cloud or unstable layer above the ventilated area.

The charge is delivered to the site of the explosion using anti-aircraft projectiles, rockets or bombs.

Subject invention

The method of actively influencing the atmosphere through downward air flows to destroy convective clouds and ventilate the surface layers of the atmosphere, characterized in that, in order to more mobilely form downflows, the latter are excited by a charge explosion with a cumulative notch directed downward, delivered to the upper part of the developing convective cloud or to the region above the ventilated atmosphere zone.
