Предлагаема пневмосушка позвол ет повысить эффективность сушки и обеспечить строго определенное врем пребьшани всех частиц материала в зоне сушки.tsoA 01 1 The invention relates to the field of chemical industry, namely, equipment for drying dispersed materials, and can be used in various sectors of the national economy where drying of porous materials is required. At present, drying of dispersed materials in the mode of pneumatic transport is carried out in pipe-dryers, cyclone and vortex dryers of various designs. Known pneumatic dryers have a number of disadvantages. Tubes-dryers, ensuring a constant residence time of the material in the drying zone, have a low drying efficiency due to the low relative air velocity, which is constant for this material throughout the entire drying path and is almost equal to the deposition rate of the material particles. It is known that the relative speed and temperature of the air are decisive factors in the drying process of dispersed materials in all known dryers. Cyclonic and vortex dryers, ensuring high air velocities relative to the material due to swirling flow, have the disadvantage that they cannot provide a certain residence time for all the particles of the material, which reduces the driving force of the process and degrades the quality of the product. Offered pneumatic dryers differ from those known in that the drying channel is made in the form of spirals. The high efficiency of the drying process is achieved due to the high relative velocity of air that varies along the length of the drying channel, which is caused by the swirling of the air flow in the spiral channel of the dryer. The drying time of the dispersed material is determined by the length of the drying can which can be calculated. By varying the air velocity in the dryer, it is possible to control the residence time of the material particles in the drying zone 2 in a wide range to achieve the desired final moisture content of the product. The drawing shows the described pneumatic dryer. The air dryer consists of a spiral channel 1 of rectangular cross section formed by spiral sheets 2 and 3. The spiral channel is closed at the ends with lids 4 and 5. On one side, the spiral sheets are welded to the crack 4 to fix the size and shape of the drying channel, on the other hand they are closed removable cover 5 ,. which is tightened by the studs 6 and sealed with the gasket 7. The pneumatic dryer is mounted on the legs 8. The dryer has a fitting 9 for air inlet, a charging nozzle 10 for loading a wet material and an outlet fitting 11 for leaving the gas suspension for a dry material. Drying of wet materials is carried out as follows. The wet material through the nozzle 10 is fed into the stream of hot air, which enters the dryer through the nozzle 9. Next, the material in the form of a gaseous suspension goes through the spiral channel. Drying is carried out by the heat of the heated air. During the passage of a wet gas suspension through the spiral channel, a high relative air velocity is achieved due to the effect of centrifugal forces on the particles of the wet material and, consequently, intensive drying of the material. The evaporated moisture from the material being dried enters the air and is removed together with the dried material through fitting 11. The time required for drying the material is determined by the length of the spiral channel and the air velocity. The proposed pneumatic dryer allows to increase the drying efficiency and to ensure a strictly defined residence time of all particles of the material in the drying zone.
