лобом или приемником, расположенным ниже сказанного уровн .forehead or receiver located below the said level.
According to the modified device shown in FIG. 2, 3 and 4, a vertical rectangular tank A is also used with an air inlet B at its bottom, a valve B on the air line and an H inlet for ore dregs. A stirrer C is arranged at the bottom for agitation, above which there are reflectors D for bringing the turbidity to a state of comparative rest. Above the reflectors, the reservoir is divided into two parts, easily separable from each other. The upper part of the agitation tank is provided with a wall / C inclined about 45 ° to the vertical; At its upper edge, an outlet L for scrambled and aerated turbidity remains, opening into a second high vertical tank or chamber M, in which separation takes place. In horizontal section, camera M has the position shown in FIG. 4, i.e., tapering towards the back side. At the top, the chamber is provided with inclined walls Lf to increase the surface area and to allow some increase in volume due to air intake. From the inlet L, an inclined bottom N leads downwards. The O is a triangular-shaped reflector, starting at the top of the chamber, leaving the passage O, and extending below the liquid level in an inclined direction across the chamber. The reflector of this O forms a chute or receiver into which the separated particles, discharged in the form of concentrates through the outlet G, fall. Air is pumped into reservoir A under a slight pressure, so that the particles are introduced together with air again into reservoir A. The rate of air admission to the apparatus depends on the type of ore used and varies accordingly with the mineral content with the degree of comminution it.
The annapat depicted in the drawings represents a schematic zoo-work of its laboratory form. With the accumulation of known quantities of used turbidity or tails, the operation is suspended, and the wasteland is discharged from the apparatus. Ilpg the process is carried out on a large scale; a special edition for tails allows them to be continuously discharged.
Действие аппарата следующее: pyjKi, напр., содержавша сернистую мель; смешиваетс в измельчённом виде d во дою при обыкновенной температуре бе| прибавлени какого-либо вспенивающего или химического агента. Муть (наоднзь часть руды от 3 - 4 частей воды поГ весу) подвергаетс затем взбалтыванию и аэрированию в аппарате, при чем пу- зырьки воздуха увлекают частички сер- нистой меди и поднимают их вверх нав поверхность жидкости, где увлеченный материал освобождаетс из пузырьков и поступает -в приемный желоб, откуда затем удал етс . Подобным способом, достигаетс , по мнению изобретателей, экономичное отделение ценных составных частей руды от пустой породы. ;The operation of the apparatus is as follows: pyjKi, for example, containing a sulfur stranded; mixed in powdered form d at millet at ordinary temperature ba | adding any blowing or chemical agent. The turbidity (one part of the ore from 3 to 4 parts of water by weight to weight) is then agitated and aerated in the apparatus, and air bubbles carry away particles of sulfurous copper and lift them up to the surface of the liquid, where the entrained material is released from the bubbles and enters -in the receiving chute, from where it is removed. In a similar way, according to the inventors, an economical separation of valuable ore constituents from waste rock is achieved. ;
