87-Example 1. Through a mixture of 280 parts of chloroxyphosphorus and 14.35 parts of N, K-diethylaniline, anhydrous nitrogen is bubbled in for 30 minutes. Then, 28.2 parts of ethyl 2-l-chlorophenyl-6-oxypyrimide-4-ylacetate are added, and the mixture is heated under reflux for 30 minutes until the evolution of hydrogen chloride stops. Excess phosphorus oxychloride is removed by evaporation under reduced pressure. The residual oil is triturated in ice water, and the resulting solid is extracted with 300 parts of ether. The ether solution is washed successively with 50 parts of water, 50 parts of a saturated solution of sodium bicarbonate and 25 parts of water, and then dried over anhydrous magnesium sulphate and evaporated to dryness. The residue is crystallized from petroleum ether (t. Kip. 60-80 ° C). Get ethyl-6-chloro-2 "-chlorophenylpyrimid-4-ylap, etat, with so pl. 87-
