Изобретение касаетс  создани  антенн. Известны антенные изол торы, обеспечивающие создание сухих зон в нижней части ствола антенны, выполненные в виде колоколообразных воротников. Такие изол торы не отвечают требовани  м, предъ вл емым к ним в услови х эксплуатации антенн. С целью обеспечени  стабилизации повер ностного сопротивлени  и предупреждени  забрызгивани , а также сн ти  статического зар да со ствола антенны в предлагаемо устройстве элемент защиты выполнен в виде двух встречно перекрывающихс  юбок, верх н   из которых укреплена герметично на стволе антенны, а нижн  , съемно-разъемна  со сточными отверсти ми, зафиксирована ст жным бугелем, кроме того, в изол торе установлено сопротивление утечки ста тических зар дов, присоединенное одним концом к кольцу съема зар дов, а другим заземленное. Устройство содержит ствол 1 антенны, кольцо 2 съема статических зар дов, верхнюю защитную юбку 3, сопротивление 4 утечкр статических зар дов и нижнюю съемно-разъемную юбку 5. На стволе антенны герметично смонтирована верхн   защитна  юбка, перекрывающа  нижнюю юбку меньшего диаметра, последн   выполнена съемно-разъемной из двух перекрывающихс  по длине половин и зафиксирована ст жным бугелем. Дл  стока конденсата в нижней юбке расположены отверсти .
