Объектом исследовани служат хлопчатник и кукуруза , а также сорные растени ; ширица, куриное просо, портулак. Препарат внос т в почву до посева трижды. Учет провод т на Ь-, Ь- и 25-й дни. На 25-й день после внесени составов полностью уничтожены куриное просо и ширица, а рост кукурузы и хлопчатника лучше, чем в контроле. Фитотоксического действи на возделываемые растени не наблюдалось. При повторных испытани х этого препарата в дозе 5 и 10 /сг результаты аналогичны. Полностью уничтожены ширица, портулак, а куриное просо на 62%. Пример 2. Закладка опытов така же, как и в примере 1. Испытание 5-хлор-изопропенилбензимидазолона провод т в дозе 3 кг/га. На п тый день после обработки хлопчатник и кукуруза развиваютс нормально, всхожесть куриного проса уменьшаетс на 63%,, дурмана на 41,2%, портулака на 76%, ширицы на 17%.. На 25-й день ширица погибает на 80%, портулак на 100%, куриное просо на 277оОтрицательного вли ли на хлопчатник и кукурузу не наблюдаетс . Пример 3. Препарат 6-хлор-1-метилбензимидазолон испытан в дозе 5 кг/га в довсходовый период после посева хлопчатника и кукурузы и сорных растений: ширицы, дурмана, куриного проса. Через 17 дней после обработки провод т учет растений. Препарат эффективен против однолетних сорных растений. Особенно хорошие результаты получены по уничтожению колосистой ширицы, котора поражаетс полностью в фазе по влени всходов . Полностью уничтожены портулак, дурман на 70%, куриное просо на 90%. В этих опытах также не наблюдалось отрицательного воздействи препарата на культуру хлопчатника и кукурузы. В дозе 10 кг препарат дал аналогичные результаты. Пример 4. 6-хлор-1-этилбензимидазолон испытан в дозе 5 кг/га в довсходовый период после посева хлопчатника и кукурузы и сорных растений: ширицы, дурмана, куриного проса. Получены особенно хорошие результаты по борьбе с колосистой ширицей, куриным просом и портулаком. Дурман более стойкий. R дозе 10 кг результаты аналогичны. Пример 5. Препарат 6-хлор-1-пропилбензимидазолон испытан в дозе 5 кг/га. Опыты проводили аналогично примеру 4. Ширица , портулак полностью уничтожены, другие сорн ки погибли в меньшей степени. Отрицательного воздействи на кукурузу и хлопчатник не наблюдалось. В дозе 10 кг препарат дает аналогичные результаты. Пример 6. Препарат 6-хлор-1-бутилбензимидазолон испытан в дозе 5 кг/га в довсходовый период иосле посева хлопчатника, кукурузы , ширицы, дурмана, куриного проса и портулака. Ширица, портулак полностью уничтожены, другие сорн ки погибли в меньшей степени. Пример 7. Препарат 6-хлор-1-аллилбензимидазолон внесен в дозе 5 кг/га в довсходовый период после посева хлопчатника, кукурузы и сорных растений. Обработку провод т, как в примере 3. Уничтожены полностью ширица , портулак, а дурман и куриное просо более устойчивы. Токсичность определ ли на белых мышахсамцах , весом 19-24 г при 27°С. Исследуемый препарат вводили интраперитомиально в виде эмульсии с гуммиарабиком. При введении 5-хлор-1-изопропенилбензимидазолона в дозе 200 мг/кг у подопытных животных отмечалось небольшое угнетение, при введении 300 мг/кг - угнетение, расползание задних конечностей.
