Description
Известна асфальтобетонна смесь, содержаща регенерированный асфальтобетон, нанолнители и добавки, из которой получают асфальтобетон низкой водостойкости и прочности . Цель предлагаемого изобретени - повысить степень водостойкости и прочности асфальтобетона . Достигаетс это тем, что в качестве добавки нспользован 5-12%-ный раствор термопластичного полимера на основе производных акриловой или метакриловой кислот, имеющего в своей структуре амидные грунны, в жидком битуме. Асфальтобетонна смесь может содержать указанные компоненты в J/o по весу: регенерированный асфальтобетон 78-91 наполпитель7,8-21 раствор полимера0,3-2,2 В качестве регенерированного асфальтобетона использован асфальтобетон, восстановленный теплорадиациоппым способом npii температуре не выше 150°С. При этом способе не происходит практически окислени битума , что важно дл сохранени стабилизировавшейс структуры битумно-минерального материала, образованной в процессе эксплуатации асфальтобетонного покрыти . В качестве активного полимера может быть использован, например, сополимер бутплакрнлата с метаакриламидом или полиакриламид. Использование раствора активного полимера в жидком бптуме позвол ет устойчиво регулировать свойства асфальтобетонной , обеспечивает требуемые реологические свойства комплексного в жущего, увеличивает сцепление органической части смеси с минеральным наполнителем, особенно со вновь вводимым. Описываема асфальтобетонна смесь может быть использована дл городских дорожных покрытий, полов промзданий и т. п.
