Начальные размеры трубы и спирали выбирают такими, чтобы к концу первой стадии полу чить одинаковые удлинени трубы за счет обжати , а спирали - за счет выпр млени раст жением . 34A known method of manufacturing a multilayer wire by jointly drawing a tubular sheath of soft metal (aluminum) and a core, which is a spiral of hard-to-deform metal (steel), wound on a rod of ductile metal. The process of joint drawing is carried out in two stages: in the first stage of drawing, the tube sheath and core are deformed in diameter, and the helix attached to the ends of the second shell is straightened. In the second drawing stage, the sheath, the helix and the rod are jointly deformed by their direct contact. The proposed method is intended for the manufacture of multilayer wires with a core of two or more different materials, regardless of their properties, for example, with a core of hard-to-deform metals or a core of wires coated with insulation. The proposed method differs from the known one in that when drawing using a spiral, twisted from several different materials. The essence of the proposed method consists in the following: a spiral of one, two, three, four wires is inserted into a tube of metal sheath. The ends of the spiral are firmly about ;; fasten at the ends of the tube. The blank thus assembled is subjected to further processing by drawing. The process of deformation by drawing such a workpiece consists of two stages that are significantly different from each other: at the first stage the tube is crimped and the wire helix is straightened, at the second stage the tube and core are crimped together. The first stage ends with the production of a flat wire consisting of a sheath of a tube and a core of a completely straightened helix. The second stage of processing is applied in the case when a core is twisted of plastic materials. If a material that cannot be processed by drawing is used as a core, the process ends in the first stage. To do this, choose such initial parameters of the tube and the spiral.-1i, so that by the end of the first stage to obtain a wire of a given size. The initial dimensions of the pipe and the helix are chosen such that by the end of the first stage, the same elongations of the pipe due to compression and of the spiral are obtained by straightening. 34
