Description
The instrument relates to abnormal forceps used, in particular, for microoperations in the ear when hearing is restored through a prosthetic stirrup.
Forceps for micro-operations on the ear are known, containing two pivotally connected branches with ring handles, a slider and working jaws designed to remove the smallest fragments from the surgical wound, as well as forceps for installing a stapling prosthesis. However, forceps of this type are not suitable for the installation of a Teflon prosthesis on the long anvil process, because they have a working part in the form of flat jaws with a transverse notch on the inner surfaces.
The purpose of the present invention is to create forceps for micro-operations on the ear, ensuring reliable fixation of the teflon prosthesis for the head on the long anvil and reducing the invasiveness of the operation. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the jaws of the forceps are curved in the shape of the head of the prosthesis, and a longitudinal groove is made on the inner surface of the fixed jaw, which fixes the prosthesis in the desired position. To regulate the density of fixing the prosthesis on a long section of the anvil in order to carry out a prosthetic stirrup with minimal trauma, while reducing the branches to the stop between the jaws
предусмотрен зазор, равный толщине ножки протеза.there is a gap equal to the thickness of the prosthesis stem.
FIG. 1 shows a general view of the described forceps; in fig. 2 — forceps working jaws, partially in section, at the moment of their fixation of the prosthesis.
Nippers for micro-operations on the ear contain two pivotally connected jaws /, with ring handles 2, slider 3, upper
Работа щипцами производитс в следующем пор дке.the movable sponge 4 and the lower fixed sponge 5 provided with a longitudinal groove 6. The forceps operate in the following order.
The lower sponge is guided under the head of the prosthesis, worn on the long process of the anvil, and fixed with the help of a groove on the head of the prosthesis, after which the branches are reduced, and the slider, in translation, rotates the upper sponge, which
плотно обхватывает головку протеза и надежно зажимает ее на длинном отростке наковальни .tightly encloses the head of the prosthesis and securely clamps it on the long process of the incus.
