Description

There are known devices for removing animal hides from animal carcasses, consisting of a disk horizontally mounted on a vertical shaft, vertical guides fixed on it, mounted on the latter also vertical pneumatic cylinders with telescopic rods, clamps for hides, a suspension path section for fastening carcasses hind legs with rollers, mounted on a shaft, coaxially with the disk of the ring carrying the rollers pushers, and tools for fixing the front parts of the carcasses. The proposed device allows to adjust the position of the clamps depending on the individual characteristics of the carcasses and to improve the quality of the hides to be removed. To do this, each vertical - pneumatic cylinder is provided with an additional two pneumatic cylinders articulated with it and between them. One of them serves as a clip holder for hides, and the other is used to control the rotational movement of this pneumatic cylinder. All pneumatic cylinders are arranged to control the moment of their operation. To do this, the device should be provided with copiers installed with the possibility of permutation relative to the disk, and the valves of pneumatic cylinders with rollers interacting with these copiers. The device for skinning animal carcasses consists of a disk 2 horizontally mounted on a vertical shaft 1, vertical guides 3 fixed on it, mounted on the latter also vertical pneumatic cylinders 4 with telescopic rods 5, additional pneumatic cylinders 6 and 7, clamps 8 for hides, section 9 of the suspension path for attaching the hulks to the hind legs using rollers 10 fixed on the shaft / spokes 11 coaxially to the disk of the ring 12 carrying thick wheels 13 for the rollers and fixtures for fixing the front parts of the hulks in the form of a chain guide 16. The air cylinder 6 serves as a holder clamps 8 and air cylinder 7 on the conveyor 14 with hooks 15, enclosed in spiral - for controlling the pivoting motion of the air cylinder 6. All pneumatic cylinders are arranged to control the time of actuation. For this, the device is equipped with copiers 17 and 18 (the latter is shown in dotted lines in Fig. 2) and valves 19 and 20 with rollers 2 and 22 interacting with these copiers. The valve 19 regulates the air supply to the pneumatic cylinders 4, and the valve 20 controls the pneumatic cylinders B and 7.

The ring 12 and the conveyor 14 are positioned in such a way that the distance between them, when viewed from above, gradually increases toward the discharge zone.

By rotating the disk 2, the cylinder cylinders 4 are alternately moved into the loading and unloading zone of the removed skin.

In the loading zone of the next pneumatic cylinder 4, the air supply is stopped by means of a valve 19, the roller 21 of which interacts with a cam 18 regulating the operation of the valve. The pneumatic cylinder 4 moves to its lower position. In this case, the pneumatic cylinder 6 is positioned with the ram of the pneumatic cylinder 7 horizontally and its rod 23 with the clamp 8 is pushed to the right to its extreme position.

The movement of the telescopic rods 23 and 24 of the pneumatic cylinders 5 and 7 occurs due to the air pressure supplied to the latter. The flow of air into the pneumatic cylinders 6 and 7 is controlled by a valve 20, the roller 22 of which interacts with the copiers 17.

The skin after pre-carving of the carcass moving along the hanging lute is inserted into the clip. The front legs of the mascara chain 25 are attached to the hooks 15 of the conveyor. The anchorage of the skin is carried out with the continuous rotation of the disk 2. After fixing it with a clip, air is supplied to the pneumatic cylinder 4, as a result of which the pneumatic cylinder moves to the extreme upper position. Pneumatic cylinder 6 takes an inclined position. The angle of inclination depends on the individual characteristics of the carcass and is determined by the position of the copier 17. At the same time, the rod 23 moves inside the pneumatic cylinder 6.

When the pneumatic cylinders 4 vi 6 are moved upwards, the skin is removed from the carcass without snatching meat and fat from it. In the unloading area, the clamp 8 is opened, the skin is dropped into the tray (not shown in the drawings) and sent for further processing.

A device for removing animal hides from animal carcasses, consisting of a disk horizontally mounted on a vertical shaft, vertical guides fixed on it, mounted on the latter also vertical pneumatic cylinders with telescopic rods, clips for hides, a suspension path section for hind legs using rollers mounted on a shaft coaxially with the ring disc carrying pushers for rollers and devices for fixing the front parts of carcasses, characterized in that, in order to be able to adjust the position of the presses, depending on the individual characteristics of carcasses .and improve the quality of skinning, each vertical the pneumatic cylinder is equipped with additional two pneumatic cylinders articulated with it and between themselves, one of which serves as a holder of clips for hides, and the other to control the rotational movement of this pneumatic cylinder, all pneumatic cylinders being able to control the moment of their operation. 2.
