Description

The proposed counter is intended to take into account the operating speed on the loom for each shift working individually. The counter is equipped with a mechanism to prevent abuse.

The proposed meter for counting fabric on weaving machines consists of three pairs of ratchets 16 and 23 (Figs. 1 and 4), respectively, and coupled by means of dogs 22 and tides 21 on ratchets 16. Ratchets 16 and 22 sit on their axes 18 and 18 so that the elongated sleeve of one of them serves as the axis of the other near the sitting ratchet (Fig. 4). The ratchets 16 receive a rotational movement from the reel 2 by means of an eccentric recess 5 on the axis 3 of the reel and a rod 7 pressed against it by a spring 7. The rod 6 is equipped with spring-loaded springs 10 and all the fingers 8 on the axis 8 (Fig. 2). Fingers 8 are fitted with dogs 9 interlocking with ratchet 16 including

For the same purpose, a mechanism (Fig. 6) is used, consisting of a pin 4, threaded through a twig roller 3, slightly protruding on (other), and pressing its own weight on the roller 3 and pin 4 of the hinged pawl 27, connected by means of the earring 30 and the grip 29 with the inscription "wrong", which appears at the moment when the normal rotation speed of the spinning roller 3 is disturbed.
