В насто щее врем дл поверхностной окраски полиэтилена примен ют нитроэмали, которые обладают недостаточной эластичностью и не стойки к водным и водощелочным обработкам. Предлагаема дл поверхностного окрашивани полиэтилена краска на основе поливинилбутирал или поливинилбутирал , совмещенного с феиолформальдегидной смолой резольного типа, с добавкой малеиновой кислоты в количестве от 1,25 до 5 вес. ч. на 10 вес. ч. св зующего позвол ет нолучать водостойкие Покрыти . Компоненты краски смешивают в шаровой мельнице, куда загружают 15%ный спиртовой раствор поливинилбутирал , растертый краситель, малеиновую кислоту и оставшийс растворитель. Смешивание длитс 6-7 час при комнатной температуре и скорости вращени мельницы 30-40 об/мин. Приготовленную таким образом краску «анос т на предварительно обработанную поверхность экструзионных или выдувиых полиэтиленовых изделий с помощью кисти, пульверизатором или окунанием. В носледних двух случа х краску дополнительно разбавл ют этиловым спиртом до нужной консистенции.
