Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, viral disease diagnosis in animals. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing erythrocyte diagnosticum based on the diarrhea virus strain BK-1 N 28 of the cattle. Tanned and stabilized with acrolein erythrocytes were conjugated with albumin using a mixture consisting of 0.1% chrome perchlorate solution and trypan blue solution at dilution 1:500 at the ratio of components 5:1. Proposed diagnosticum ensures to detect postinfectious and postvaccinal antibodies at enhanced precision. EFFECT: increased precision of detection. 10 tbl
