Abstract
FIELD: aviation engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing blades 1 by laying out layer-by-layer layers 2 of reinforcing prepreg with reinforcement angles being ± α with following polymerization. Blade tongue 3 is preparatively subdivided into n cross-sections 4 to select the optimally effective cross-section 5. Each cross-section is subdivided into m elements 6 to calculate the sum of conditional moments acting in each cross-section. Compensating layers 7 are selected, the reinforcing prepreg is laid out according to a corrected scheme and polymerized in mould 8. The blade tongue is under control to perform, when needed, an additional correction. EFFECT: stable operating characteristics, reduced risk of blade buckling. 10 dwg
