Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves immobilization of enzyme preparation by treatment of 2% chitosan gel with 2% glutaric aldehyde solution in phosphate buffer at pH 7.5 taken at the ratio 1:1, keeping at 18-20 C for 30 min. Then extract of crab hepatopancreas is passed through the gel which contains the following complex of enzymes: DNAase (100-120 U/mg protein), RNAase (100-120 U/mg), alkaline phosphatase 0.05-0.07 U/mg, phosphodiesterase I type 0.05-0.06 U/mg, protease 120 U/mg. Extract is dissolved preliminary in phosphate buffer, pH 7.5. Ratio of chitosan:extract is 1: (2.5-5) (by weight). EFFECT: increased curative effect of agent.
