Abstract

FIELD: handling of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: active ricochet is performed in quasihorizontal flight. To this end, flying vehicle is turned to optimal angle of attack after ballistic phase at descent altitude and thrust pulse is created along longitudinal axis by turning speed vector and compensating for speed losses. The flying vehicle is brought to next ballistic phase at angle of attack corresponding to maximum aerodynamic efficiency. EFFECT: increased flying range. 1 dwg
