Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение эффективности настройки стабилизатора. При течении жидкости по магистральной трубе 1 происходит перемещение упругих камер 4. Гашение энергии происходит за счет диссипации энергии на перфорации 13, потерь на внезапное расширение и механическую работу деформации стенок упругих камер 4. Настройку устройства на требуемый режим работы провод т регулировочным винтом 9, обеспечива  требуемый объем полости сильфон- ной оболочки 7.
