Description
The invention relates to acoustic structures and can be used to combat noise in shipbuilding, for example, in sheds.
A known air duct of the ventilation system and air conditioning of industrial premises reduces the noise of the equipment in the room where it passes, due to the fact that its walls are made of lightweight structures such as a sandwich with perforations facing the inside facing of the external facings.
A disadvantage of the known solution is its insignificant sound-absorbing ability due to the impossibility of its simultaneous use as an element of a ventilation system and an element of a fencing, including translucent structure.
The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved positive effect is a known adjustable sound absorber consisting of an elastic shell connected to an air duct with sound-absorbing plates fixed on it. The disadvantage of the prototype is the impossibility of its simultaneous use as elements of the fence and element of the ventilation system.
The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality by simultaneously using an acoustic element as an element of a fence and an element of a ventilation system.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the acoustic element of the enclosure, which consists of sound absorbing of individual elements and of an elastic shell, a part of the shell is made breathable with the sound absorber attached to it, and the air duct is connected to the ventilation system. Sound absorber elements can be combined with each other to form a continuous deforming layer and made of a translucent material, as well as the shell.
FIG. 1 shows a vertical section of a slipway room in which the walls and the ceiling are made of acoustic elements; FIG. 2 is a sectional view of an acoustic element of the enclosure operating in the air injection mode (dotted lines indicate the shape of the acoustic element while increasing the air exchange rate); in fig. 3 - the same, operating in the mode of exhaust air; in fig. 4 is the same as in FIG. 2, when combining elements of the sound absorber with each other to form

3The acoustic element of the fence consists of an elastic sheath 1 of translucent heat-resistant material PSV (Netherlands), gas-permeable side 2 of which is made of fabric FP, with sound absorber 3 fixed on it
Оболочка прикреплена к воздуховодам кольцевого сечени из полиэфирной пластмассы полиэфирным клеем, подключенным к системе вентил ции, Звукопоглотитель 3 может быть также выполнен из волнистого полотна нетканого материала из стекл нных волокон, пришитого на сгибах к газопроницаемой стороне оболочки.from individual elements 4 in the form of hollow perforated tubes of transparent plastic filled with mica flakes. The envelope is attached to ring-section air ducts of polyester plastic with polyester adhesive connected to the ventilation system. Sound absorber 3 can also be made of a wavy non-woven fabric of glass fibers sewn at the folds to the gas-permeable side of the envelope.
At the same time, acoustic elements fixed on the roof of the slipway as coating elements are used for air flow and have a convex shape, and acoustic elements fixed on the walls of the slipway as their elements are used for exhausting air and have a concave shape.
The change in the volume of the air cavity when the shell 1 is inflated in combination with the dissipation of the energy of sound vibrations by turbulent air vortices on the gas-permeable side 2 of the shell 1 allows the values of the sound absorption coefficient to be varied over a wide frequency range, including adjusting the value of the sound absorber from the reflecting surface to be gas-tight
