Abstract
This invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The purpose of the invention is the restoration of movements in the joint by recreating the anatomical relationship of the meniscus with the tibia. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The severed ligature is stitched, channels are formed in the mouse bone of the tibia with the direction to the mercury attachment of the mentocarpal ligament, and the common entrance to the channels from the joint side is shaped as a cross-section of the ligament, then the threads are passed through the formed channels, the meniscus is tightened and thereby creates tension, after which the threads are fixed. Positive effect: restoration of the biomechanics of movements due to the provision of anatomical relationships of the meniscus with the tibia and tension of the meniscus. cl
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in case of damage to the ligaments of the meniscus of the knee joint.
The aim of the invention is to restore movements in the joint by reconstructing the anatomical relationship of the meniscus with the tibia.
The method is carried out as follows.
After revealing the place of separation of the meniscus, the severed menis-tibia link is stitched with a ligature. Then, in the tibial condyle, longitudinal channels with a common entrance shaped as a cross-section of the menis-tibial lumen are formed in the direction of the attachment of the meniscal-tibial bone. Then, the ligature is conducted through the formed channels, tightened to reach the end of the tie, thereby creating tension on the meniscus, after which the thread is fixed to the bone.
Clinical example of the implementation of the method.
Почувствовал боль, произошло блокирование сустава, которое сохранилось на момент поступлени .Patient H, 32 years old, was admitted to the ward with complaints of pain in the right knee, aggravated by walking. He got injured 4 days ago, when he sprained his leg. I felt pain, a blockage of the joint occurred, which was preserved at the time of admission.
After 5 days, the patient was operated on according to the proposed method.
Через 1 год амплитуда движений пол- |Immobilization with a plaster cast for 1.5 months. After 3 months of movement in the joint 180 - 90 °. After 1 year the amplitude of the movements is half |
