Abstract

Использование: в медицинской технике, а именно к травматологии и ортопедии, и предназначено дл  эффективного лечени  переломов костей путем создани  между отломками компрессирующего усили  и исключени  гнойных осложнений. Сущность изобретени : устройство содержит пластину 1, планку 2 и размещенное между ними упругодеформируемое замкнутое кольцо 3. Пластина 1 имеет направл ющий хвостовик 4, а планка 2 - продольную прорезь 5 дл  размещени  хвостовика. Кольцо 3 установлено в изготовленных в хвостовике пластины и планке пазах 6 и 7. Наружна  поверхность кольца 3 выполнена конической . Устройство для компрессионного накостного остеосинтеза, содержащее пластину и планку, имеющие отверстия под винты пазы и соединение по типу ласточкин хвост и упругодеформируемое кольцо, размещенное между пластиной и планкой в пазах, отличающееся тем, что, с целью увеличения компрессирующего усилия пластина выполнена с направляющим хвостовиком, а планка - с продольной прорезью для размещения хвостовика, пазы в хвостовике пластины и планке выполнены сквозными перпендикулярно оси устройства, г кольцо выполнено замкнутым.1.
