Использование: разделка концов ре- зинотросовых лент перед соединением. Цель изобретени : улучшение условий труда и повышение уровн безопасности. Сущность изобретени : устройство снабжено дополнительным ножом с режущей кромкой, параллельной режущей кромке основного ножа и расположенной ниже нее. Дополнительный нож закреплен на другой боковой поверхности корпуса.
