Description
This invention relates to household appliances for cleaning premises.
A vacuum cleaner containing an air intake device attached to a cyclone, a dust separator, a bag filter, a nozzle for the exhaust air outlet will cause the spruce rods and a nozzle attached to the air intake device and connected to the exhaust air nozzle, a valve installed in this nozzle and the flap located in the intake duct of the air intake device
A disadvantage of the known vacuum cleaner is the complexity of the construction, the means for creating the pulsation of the intake air is difficult to manufacture.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности к предлагаемому вл етс пылесос, содержащий установленные на подвижном основании воздуховсасывающий агрегат, пылесборник с фильтром, трубопровод измен емой длины с насадком и размещенное в трубопроводе средство дл создани пульсации всасываемого потока воздуха (пульсатор)The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a vacuum cleaner comprising an air-suction unit mounted on a movable base, a dust collector with a filter, a piping of variable length with a nozzle and a means for creating a pulsation of the intake air flow (pulsator) placed in the pipeline
The disadvantage of this vacuum cleaner is the low quality of cleaning and the efficiency of the pulsator, since the pipeline between the pulsator and the nozzle smoothes the pulsation, since the volume enclosed between the nozzle and the pulsator is a damper, and a continuous stream with a low pulsation coefficient is formed at the outlet
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the cleaning process by increasing the pulsation coefficient

ОABOUT
This goal is achieved by additionally placing in the pipe between the nozzle and the means for generating intake air pulsation a device for resonating the air flow, consisting of a bushing in which an annular diaphragm is placed, the nozzles being rigidly connected to the sleeve in a single unit, moreover the unit is mounted for movement relative to the pulsator.
Fig, 1 is a schematic representation of a vacuum cleaner; in fig. 2 - a device for resonating air flow.
Устройство 7 дл резонации потока воздуха состоит из втулки 10, посер едине которой размещена кольцева диафрагма 11 Трубопровод 9 св зан с пылесойом посредством пневмошланга 12 и устройством дл управлени уровнем перепада вакуумиче- ского давлени .The vacuum cleaner contains an air-suction unit 2 mounted on a movable base 1, a dust collector 3 with filter A, a piping of variable length with a nozzle 5 for cleaning surfaces placed in the partition wall and a glass with openings in its bottom at the means for creating a suction 6 pulsation 6 air having an element in the pneumo hose that blocks the flow orifice and a device 1 for resonating the intake air flow. The pipeline consists of two parts 8 and 9. The device 7 for resonating the air flow consists of a sleeve 10, the annular diaphragm 11 is located in the middle of it. The pipe 9 is connected to the vacuum cleaner by means of a pneumatic hose 12 and a device for controlling the level of the vacuum pressure differential.
The vacuum cleaner works as follows.
When the vacuum cleaner is operating, the air from the nozzle 5 passes through pipelines 8 and 9, filter 4 and, after clearing dust, enters the atmosphere through the outlet. At the same time, at the moment of shutting off the air flow in the pulsating means 6, the shock wave that is generated with the shock wave returns, reaches the diaphragm 11 and is partially reflected from it.
Then, the reflected wave is summed with the air flow, which by inertia moves from the nozzle 5, and reaches the means for creating pulsation 6 at that moment
открыт.is open.
The described pulsation process enters into a resonance, the frequency of which is determined by the operating frequency of the pulsator, the dimensions of the annular diaphragm 11 and the pipeline and
рассто нием между пульсатором и диафрагмойthe distance between the pulsator and the diaphragm
The use of the proposed vacuum cleaner will allow to increase the pulsation coefficient in comparison with the existing one, as a result of which the quality of surface cleaning will be improved
