Изобретение может использоватьс  дл  механизации лесного хоз йства. Посадочна  машина содержит сошник с размещенным в створе с ним посадочным аппаратом, выполненным в виде соприкасающихс  дисков , и почвозаделывающие катки. Диски посадочного аппарата выполнены разновеликими , при этом по периферии большего диска 1 равномерно размещены вырезы 5, глубина каждого из которых равна разности между радиусами дисков, причем нижн   кромка большего диска размещена в одной горизонтальной плоскости с носком лемеха, а кромка меньшего диска 2 - не ниже опорной поверхности пйчвозаделывающих катков .
