FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: desired alloy are prepared by using composite powders which contain boride of one or two metals of IV-VI groups of Periodic Table and metal of ferrous group. Origin materials are ground to dispersity 10-200 μm. Metal of ferrous group, or its alloy or boron compound are added into thus prepared composite powder, its quantity being 1-20 mass %. Thus obtained mixture is thoroughly mixed and pressed into briquettes having relative density 0.6-0.7. Then sintering in vacuum furnace within 10-60 min at 1100-1500 C takes place.
