Abstract

The invention relates to a technique of underground repair, namely to devices for installing metal plasters to restore the tightness of casing. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the device and reduce its mass. This is achieved by the fact that the hollow rod 12, which is telescopically mounted in the housing 6, is rigidly connected to the hollow rod 3, is fixed in the initial position on the housing 6 and provided with a stop 5 and a lock end position in the form of a retaining ring 14 for which on the inner surface the transport column 15 is provided with an annular groove 16. In this case, the distance between the retaining ring 14 and the annular groove 16 in the initial position is chosen equal to the stroke length of the dorning head 4, i.e. the distance from the bottom end of the body 6 to the limiter 5. After fixing the device in the casing pipe 20 at a predetermined interval, they start pressing the patch 18 by pressing the dorning head 4 through the patch 18 with the weight of the tubing. In this case, the pin 22 is cut off, and the pressurized fluid through the opening 7 enters the cavity of the cuff 8 and pushes the moving sectors 9 to the working position. Description

The invention relates to a technique for underground repair, namely, devices for installing metal patches for restoring tightness of casing pipes of oil, water and gas wells.

A device is known that includes a rod, at the lower end of which a dorning head is placed, at the upper end - measles, and between them a plaster is placed on the rod.

However, the dorning head, when expanding the patch to mating with the casing, is pulled through the patch from bottom to top by axial load on the tool (tubing). In this case, the tubing is subjected to double load: hydraulic pressure and axial stretching, which does not exclude the gust of pipes during their tension during installation of the plaster at great depths (more than 3000 m).

A device is known that includes a bovine hydraulic pusher, a dorning head, a hollow rod, a rod with a collet stopper on it and a patch that is placed on this 5th tang.

This device is bulky and metal-intensive due to Hf lich8 || th power cylinders, inconvenient in operation and maintenance.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the device, reducing its mass.

This is achieved in that the expansion of the patch to the casing pipe is achieved by creating a design axial load on the dorning head 15 due to the weight of the tool being lowered into the well.

In this case, the hollow rod is rigidly connected to the hollow rod, fixed on the body in the initial position and has a stopper position fixer 20, with an annular groove under the end position fixture on the inner surface of the pipe transport string, and a hollow rod - 25, the length of the stroke of the body of the hydraulic severing head to the limiter is equal to the distance between the end position lock and the annular groove of the transport pipe string. In addition, the device’s hydraulic measles, which serves as a stop plaster, is located at the end of the rod cavity under the plaster. Such a technical solution allows refusing the use in the device of a power pusher. At the same time, the technology of installing the patch by expanding it to mate with the casing while pulling the dorning head from top to bottom is provided with a weight of 40 tools, the design load of which is regulated and monitored by a hydraulic weight gauge (GUIV).

Such an arrangement of the device and the use of the mass of the tool for creating 45 axial loads on the dorning head during the expansion of the patch allows

- to simplify the installation technology of the patch in the absence of a possible ingress of foreign solid objects between the column pipe and the patch during its 50 expansion;

- ensure installation of the patch at almost any depth, without creating an additional tensile axial load on the tool (tubing), while at shallow depths of 55 to increase the weight of the tool, standard drill pipes are used;

- to simplify the design of the device, to reduce the weight while preserving its strength properties, to ensure ease of maintenance and operation.

The invention provides at the time of entry of the dorning head into the patch, synchronism of the fluid supply to the moving sectors with the interaction of the stroke of the head to its lower limiter and the annular groove with the retaining ring.

The device has the following advantages:

- for axial movement of the dorning head along the entire length of the patch from top to bottom, the weight of the tool is used without additional axial load on it; - plaster installation technology is simplified at almost any depth with no possible solid foreign objects falling between the casing and the plaster;

- the construction is simplified, the weight is reduced without loss of the strength properties of the device.

The economic effect from the application of this technical solution is approximately 1-2 thousand rubles. for one operation.
