Abstract

A device for implantation of an intravenous filter provided with a through opening comprises a hollow cable (4), a flexible rod (5) located inside the hollow of the cable (4) and a means for fixing the position of the rod (5) in relation to the body of the hollow cable (4). A locking mechanism consists of two loops (8) of a thread made of an elastic material, the ends of the loops (8) being secured to the body of the hollow cable (4), the length of the loops (8) exceeding that of the section of the hollow cable (4) between the point of attachment and the end of the hollow cable (4), including the thickness of the filter (1). The working end (7) of the rod (5) is shaped and has two diametrically opposite areas with a cylindrical lateral surface, the diameter of the working end (7) of rod (5), within the limits of said areas, being chosen according to the relationship: D1 - D2 < d, where D1 is the diameter of the central opening of the filter, D2 is the diameter of the working end of the rod, d is the diameter of the thread in the working condition. The device is preferably intended to be used for prophylaxis of thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery.

На фиг. 1 показано устройство дл  имплантации интравенозного фильтра с фильтром; на фиг. 2 - тросик с цилиндрическим наконечником; на фиг. 3 - фрагмент трубчатого поводка с цилиндрической втулкой; на фиг. 4 - трубчатый поводок с цилиндрической втулкой, в которой утоплен цилиндрический наконечник, в пазах которого расположены петли, образующие замковое соединение; на фиг 5 - аппликатор с закрепленным на нем фильтром мод.
