The invention relates to the veterinary technique, in particular, to devices for conducting massage in cattle using the method of mechanopressure.

Devices for massaging and self-massage in medicine are known, namely rubber mats, plastic and metal rollers, supports with rounded heads, rods, spikes, needles, grooves and protrusions.

However, the known devices used for massage in medicine are not suitable for use in animal husbandry, in particular for the mechanopressure of the solar plexus, liver and spleen areas in manufacturing bulls due to their functional adaptation only to the body forms and peculiarities of the human skin. Therefore, medical devices cannot provide the desired effect when stimulating animals.

A device used for the mechanopressure of the solar plexus in bulls, consisting of a handle and a base, equipped with elastic massage heads, and providing a corresponding effect during massage is known.

The disadvantages of this device are low productivity and inconvenience in the work associated with its holding in the hands during the stimulation of animals.

It is also known a device for the mechanopressure of the back, the cattle and the sacrum in cattle, including a handle with massage elements, which is fixed with its end to the side wall of the machine for fixing the animal.

However, this device is functionally adapted only for the mechanopressure of the back, the spine and the sacrum, and it cannot be used for the mechanopressure of the solar plexus, liver and spleen areas, since in cattle the biologically active points of these areas are located at a certain recess inside the peritoneum. Meanwhile, the massage elements in the known device have a flat shape, and therefore they cannot be used to actively influence the biologically active points of the solar plexus, liver and spleen areas.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of operation of the device.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the massage element in the device is made in the form of an acute-angled pyramid of triangular cross section, and the handle is fixed on the side wall of the machine with the possibility of moving it in height. This shape of the nozzle allows effective action on the biologically active points of the solar plexus, liver and spleen areas located deep in the peritoneum.

The device contains an elastic base 1, on which the nozzle 2 is rigidly fixed, made in the shape of an acute-angled pyramid 12 cm high, equipped with identical heads 3, and also a handle 4 for pressing the nozzle during massage, and unit 5 for fixing the device to machine b, which recorded the animal.

The device works as follows.

The unit 5 for fastening the device with a belt is attached to the fixing machine at the height of the solar plexus of the animal. The nozzle 2 is installed symmetrically to the white line of the belly of the animal. Then, using the handle 4, pressure is applied to the nozzle with elastic heads 3, from which pressure is transmitted to the massaged area of the animal. After the treatment of the solar plexus, the device is corrected in a similar way and the mechanopressure of the projections of the areas of the liver and spleen of the animal.

The design of the massage nozzle ensures an even distribution of the pressure of the heads on the surface being massaged while simultaneously affecting the biologically active points (BAP) of the exercise and mechanopressure without disturbing and injuring the skin and soft tissues of the animals.

The force of pressure and the depth into the peritoneum of the massage nozzle is adjusted according to the state of health of the animal. In case of anxiety, the pressure force is slightly reduced and maintained at this level throughout the entire procedure.

The proposed device makes it possible to effectively influence the method of mechanopressure on the projection of the solar plexus areas of the liver and spleen in manufacturing bulls.
