Description
The invention relates to the heat treatment of welded products, for example, long rails and continuous braids, and can be used on railway, urban and industrial transport.
The known method of heat treatment of welded products, for example rails, by which the rail head in the weld zone is subjected to induction heating to a temperature of 850–900 ° C, and then cooled with an air – water mixture.
The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a method of heat treatment of welded products, such as rails, by which the entire section in the weld zone is heated to a temperature of 850-900 ° C with subsequent accelerated cooling of the rail bottom and neck,
This method allows to improve the structure of the welded joint over the entire rail section, including in the sole.
However, a disadvantage of the known method is the difficulty of restoring the increased uniform hardness of the metal in the die due to the considerable length of the heating zone during the heat treatment of the welded joints compared to the zone affected by welding. With a narrow heating zone for heat treatment of welded joints, commensurate with the zone affected by welding, the required high plasticity values of welded rail joints are not provided, which makes such a heat treatment in rail welding of modern and prospective production, especially complex steel deoxidants, prone to be ineffective to the hardening of metal, primarily hardened body. In general, and with this method of heat treatment due to deformation during heating and cooling, it is also difficult

обеспечить пр молинейность плетей в зоне сварки в головке по поверхности катани при сварке рельсов, в первую очередь объемно закаленных, концы которых обычно имеют искривлени с вогнутостью вниз.to ensure the straightness of the lashes in the weld zone in the head over the surface of the roll when welding rails, primarily body-hardened, the ends of which usually have curvatures downwardly curved.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality and reliability of welded products by increasing the strength and ductility, improving the straightness of the rails.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a known method of heat treatment of welded rails, including heating the entire rail section in the weld zone to 850-900 C and forcibly cooling the head while simultaneously cooling the neck and sole in air, the head is heated at a width equal to the zone heat effect of welding, and soles and necks - at a width exceeding the heating width of the head at least 1.5-2 times, while cooling the head is carried out at a speed of 10-40 ° C / s to a temperature not lower than 300-400 ° WITH.
The invention is as follows.
Параметры сварки: врем 225 с, удельное давление прессовани 4 кгс/мм .To test the method, we welded, using a contact butt method, continuous fusion, rails of the type P65 with complex steel deoxidizing agents, volume hardened (weighing about 65 kg) and a cross-sectional area of 83 cm2). M76 rails of steels deoxidized and modified using zirconium, as well as vanadium iron were used; welding was performed on a K-190 type butt-contact machine. Power machines 200 kW. Welding parameters: time 225 s, specific pressure of pressing 4 kgf / mm.
Heat treatment of welded joints of volume-hardened rails was performed on an induction installation of the type IT-100 / 2.4. Installation power 100 kW, the average frequency of 2.4 kHz. In the place of welding, the P65 rail was heated to a temperature of 900 ° C with the help of two slotted inductors with active wires in a head up to 90 mm wide, and in a sole and neck 160 mm long and with magnetic conductors. With partial (400-500 ° C) heat from welding, the heating time was 220 s, and the cooled joints after welding to room temperature were 330 ° C. Cooled the head of the welded joints of the rails with an air-water mixture for 70 s at a speed of 12–18 ° / s to a temperature of 300 ° С (after self-tempering 450 ° С). The sole and the neck of the welded joints of the rails were cooled in air.
Testing of welded joints of rail type P65 was performed on a static transverse bend. The distance between the supports was 1 m. The load was applied in the middle at the place of the welded joint.
Welded rails after heat treatment of joints according to the proposed method and
The above parameters, when bending with stretching both in the sole and in the head, had high plasticity rates (deflection of 50-60 mm), i.e. Fully meet the established requirements for welded rails. Such welded rails also had high flexural strength with stretching both in the sole and the head (destructive loads of 220–240 tf and 185-195 tf at acceptance
After testing, such welded rail joints had viscous transverse fractures without knocking out and cracks, for example, in the neck.
Compared with the known, the proposed heat treatment method allows to increase the quality and reliability of welded products by increasing the strength and ductility, improving the straightness of the rails. At the same time in the head

В целом это обеспечивает безаварийную эксплуатацию сварных рельсов.rails by increasing the ductility, viscosity and survivability of the metal significantly reduce the tendency to brittle fractures with a complex form of destruction. In general, this ensures trouble-free operation of welded rails.
