Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике и может быть использовано дл реабилитации пациентов, страдающих травмамипозвоночникаи опорно-двигательного аппарата. Цель - повышение эффективности тренировки ходьбы пациента в ортоградной позе путем обеспечени синхронизации движений рук и опорно-двигательного аппарата. Устройство состоит из рамы 1 с ходовыми колесами 2,3 и приводным механизмом, включающим кинематически св занные с последним цепные передачи 4, 5, присоединенные к штурвалам 6, 7, установленным на ос х 8, 9 на раме 1. Устройство снабжено элементами регулируемой подвески пациента в виде плечевой дуги 22, соединенной гибкими св з ми 23, 24, установленными на роликах 25, 26, с противовесами 30, 31. На раме размещен также погрузочный механизм в виде ножных манжет 10, 11, соединенных тросами 12,13, расположенными на блоках 14,15, 16, 17, с грузами 20,21. Штурвалы 6, 7 оснащены фиксаторами 32, 33, а рама 1 - откидным сидением 35. 4 ил.The invention relates to medical technology and can be used for the rehabilitation of patients suffering from spinal injuries and the musculoskeletal system. Устройство содержит раму 1 на двух парах ходовых колес 2 и 3, последние из которых кинематически посредством цепных передач 4 и 5 соединены со штурвалами 6 и 7 с возможностью поворота на ос х 8 и 9, установленными на раме 1. Устройство также включает нагрузочный механизма в виде ножных манжет 10 и 11, соединенных тро- соблочной системой, содержащей тросы 12 и 13, расположенные на блоках 14-17, установленных на поперечинах 18 и 19 рамы 1 с грузами 20 и 21, а также элементы регулируемой подвески пациента, включающие плечевую дугу 22, св занную гибкими св з ми 22 и 24, расположенными на роликах 25 и 26, установленных на раме 1 посредством осей 28 и 29, с противовесами 30 и 31.
