Abstract

Сущность изобретени : содержит дополнительно проволочные или пластинчатые упругие элементы дл поддерживани кончика грифел , закрепленные в корпусе и расположенные равномерно по образующим конуса в промежутках между режущими кромками пластин. Корпус выполнен составным из двух половин. Пластины установлены консольно на половинках корпуса.
